INSTRUCTIONAL, LEADERSHIP and CAREER COACHING

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with mentors and exploring a variety of career paths.  One of my favorite things to do is to listen to people's goals and help them make a plan and begin their own journeys. Let's work together to:

  • Build your personal brand

  • Write your first book

  • Explore your career opportunities

  • Grow your leadership capacity

  • Work one on one to shift your instructional or leadership practices

  • Use the MasteryBook to help you track authentic student learning

  • Write or revise your curriculum

  • Get your staff on board for an initiative shift

  • And more

Job-Embedded Consulting and Coaching

Although I enjoy inspiring audiences, I'm committed to helping schools grow their learner successes (students and adults). The hardest part of making an initiative successful is the implementation, and that's where I thrive. Let's partner to plan, implement, and grow your initiatives. Some areas worth considering are:

  • Clarity work (learning targets, success criteria, and co-construction)

  • Grading policy reform (including parent outreach and stakeholder meetings like board meetings)

  • Alternative assessment development (PBL, creative assessment, etc)

  • Curriculum writing, revision, and development for learner-led paradigms

  • Student focus groups

  • Learning walks

  • Goal setting, progress tracking, and reflection

  • Formative assessment

  • PLC support - collective efficacy

  • Data collection and usage

  • And more...
